Restricted data may be deleted or shared. Personal data is processed for different reasons; depending on the reason, the use of the data will vary in terms of how it is collected, what the legal basis is for the processing and use, and the conditions of storage.

- automatic login to the service ("remember me" option)
Frontkom also uses third party services (a list that is continuously updated) that use cookie files to:

Input logs
We collect user information about our Services from their IP addresses by analyzing entry logs. We use this information to diagnose problems related to server activity, possible security breaches and site administration. IP addresses are also used for statistical purposes, namely to collect and analyze demographic data of people visiting the website (i.e. regional information to show where the connection was made). On this basis, in some cases, general statistical tables are created and shared with cooperating third parties. These tables usually contain information about the website's visibility, but do not, however, contain any data that allows an individual user (and their identity) to be identified; we feel it important to highlight this fact.
We would also like to inform you that we may be obliged to disclose information about the IP address of a specified user, if required (and authorized by the legal provisions) by state authorities conducting their own investigations and/or proceedings.
Newsletters
We may also process your personal data if we send you the newsletter - provided that you have previously given your consent.
Automated processing of personal data
Information that we collect about the activities of our services may be processed automatically (including through the use of profiling); however, this will not result in any legal consequences for any natural person or affect their situation in any way. We clarify with regard to profiling:
- we do not process any sensitive data
- we only use the data we have collected
- data obtained through profiling does not always have to be pseudonymized (pseudonymization is defined in the GDPR as "the processing of personal data in such a way that the data can no longer be attributed to a specific data subject without the use of additional information, as long as such additional information is kept separately and subject to technical and organizational measures to ensure that it is not attributed to an identified or identifiable person." )
- if we cannot achieve our goal by profiling the personal data collected, we use common data such as email, IP details and cookies
- we do this for analyzing or forecasting the personal preferences and/or interests of someone using our services in order to match our content to their preferences
- we also do this for marketing purposes, i.e. to match the marketing offer with the preferences of said user
How may we use your personal data?
We must have a valid reason to use your personal information. It is called the "lawful processing basis". Sometimes we may ask your permission to do things, for example when you subscribe to an email or newsletter. Other times, when you reasonably expect us to use your personal information, we don't ask for your permission, but only when:
- the law says it's okay to use it, and
- it fits with the rights you have (described below)
We use your information for these types of things:
- to deliver our services and provide you with information about them
- to deal with your requests, complaints and enquiries
- to check whether you are using our product and to keep our licensing database accurate and up to date
- to customize services and provide you with things more tailored to your tastes

- Legal compliance. We may use your information to comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations, including informal requests from law enforcement or other public authorities.
- Other. We may also use your information to administer our business or perform functions otherwise described to you at the time of collecting the information.

If you have any questions about the lawful bases on which we collect and use your personal data, please contact our Data Protection Officer.

- With third party service providers, agents or contractors. We will never sell your data to third parties. However, we do use other companies, agents or contractors ("Service Providers") to perform services on our behalf or to assist us in providing services to you. For example, we may engage Service Providers to provide services such as marketing, advertising, communications, infrastructure and IT services, to provide customer service, to collect debts, and to analyze and improve data (including data about users' interactions with our website). - Business transfers. We may be involved in a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, reorganization or similar transaction or proceeding involving the transfer of the information described in this Policy. In such transitions, customer information is typically one of the business assets transferred or acquired by a third party. If we are acquired by or merged with another company, if we sell or transfer a business unit or assets to another company, in the unlikely event of a bankruptcy proceeding, or as part of another similar business transfer, you acknowledge that such transfers may occur.
- Aggregate or de-identified information. We may disclose aggregate, anonymous or de-identified information about users for marketing, advertising, research, compliance or other purposes.
If you do not wish to receive promotional emails from us, you can unsubscribe at any time by following the opt-out link in the email itself. Please note that it may take up to ten (10) business days to process your request.
Security policy
We are strongly committed to keeping your data safe.
At the same time, no service can be completely secure - if you have any concerns that your personal data has been put at risk, please get in touch right away.
Frontkom uses robust security measures to protect data from unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and help ensure the appropriate use of data. When services are accessed via the Internet, Transport Layer Security (TLS) technology protects customer data using both server authentication and data encryption. These technologies help to ensure that customer data is safe, secure and accessible only to the customer to whom the information belongs and those to whom the customer has granted access. Frontkom also implements other advanced technology measures to prevent interference or access from outside intruders. Frontkom offers enhanced security features within the Services that allow Clients to configure security settings to the level they deem necessary, such as forced password changes and IP restrictions.
Some companies that provide services to us operate their services from outside the European Economic Area. We only allow that to happen if we are satisfied with their security levels. Keep in mind that when you provide us with personal information, it may be transferred, stored or processed in a location outside the EEA.
