We meet up roughly every two months, and honestly, it’s something we really look forward to. Not seeing each other daily means there’s always a lot to talk about - and once we’re together, the conversations (and laughter) don’t really stop. We make sure to also stay connected digitally on a daily basis, check in on each other every now and then and support each other in our everyday work.

We work with a variety of technologies and deliver projects across different platforms and ecosystems. We have strong expertise in areas such as AI, Drupal, and WordPress, but we don’t limit ourselves to one fixed stack.

Our developers are experienced and adaptable, with the skills and mindset to work across technologies depending on project needs. You’ll collaborate with specialists while being part of a flexible, cross-functional environment that encourages continuous learning.

We work remote-first and trust people to manage their own time. We have core hours between 10:00 and 16:00, so early birds can start earlier and night owls don’t have to log in at 8 sharp. If you need to step away during the day, that’s fine - you can catch up later. We know life doesn’t stop at work, and we respect that!

Absolutely! Some of us use the office regularly, and you’re always welcome to join. We have a huge terrace right in the center of Warsaw, where team lunches are a regular thing. You can even bring your dog, as long as they’re well behaved and don’t try to join meetings uninvited. 😉
