Initial conversation

Interview rounds

Typically 3 conversations where we go into depth on competence, role understanding and how you want to contribute to Frontkom. If necessary, we include a professional assignment.

  
Extended assessment

For some roles, the process may include several calls or meetings with our business coach.

  
Decision
